What can be sent by text message?

On Growth and above: reminders of upcoming visits, payment reminders for overdue invoices, service reminders (for appliances, or a vehicle's MOT and service) and an "on the way" text that your team sends from a job. Each uses your own wording and your company name as the sender, goes only to clients who agreed to texts, and counts against your texts. Clients cannot reply to a text, so each one tells them how to reach you.
