A regular walk or groom repeats on its own, weekly or every few weeks. The starter price list has a full groom, a bath and brush, a nail clip, dog walks of half an hour and an hour, a pet sitting visit and overnight sitting, each with a checklist. Keep your qualifications and your animal care, custody and control insurance with an expiry reminder, and the risk assessments for grooming and for walking and sitting, which your team see on the visit.

Quote, invoice and get paid
Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
