A history of who changed what
The activity history records who created, changed or deleted things and when, and shows only that a secret such as a password changed, never what it was. You choose how long to keep it, from six months to for ever. It is a plain answer to “who did that?”.
Certifications, and a nudge before they run out
Record the checks and registrations each person holds, such as a DBS check, Gas Safe or NICEIC registration, or a CSCS card, with the reference and the date it runs out. The staff list flags the ones that have expired or are about to, and the right suggestions for your trade are offered when you add one.
Switch on certification reminders in Settings and Sales Base emails the person, and a list to the people who manage staff, 14, 30 or 60 days before a certification runs out. Each one is reminded once, through your own mail server.

Your company’s data is yours alone
Each company has its own address, such as acme.salesbase.co.uk, and its own private data that no other company can see, and automated tests check that every table keeps it that way.
