The CRM for carpet and upholstery cleaning
Carpets, sofas, rugs and mattresses: quote by the room, put the job on the calendar for the right technician, photograph before and after, book the repeat clean for next year, and keep the safety data sheets for the products you use.
Quote by the room, photograph the result, and be booked again next year
Enquiries go on a pipeline board. Build a quote with a line for each room, sofa or rug, send it as a PDF and the customer can accept it online, then one click creates the customer, the property and the job. Technicians take before and after photographs on their phone, and note any marks or wear that were there before the clean, so a complaint can be settled with a picture.
A repeat clean makes the next visit for you, once a year for a carpet or every quarter for a guest house, with a reminder to the customer before it is due.
- Quotes customers accept online
- Before and after photos on every job
- Repeat cleans that book themselves
- Access notes for every property
A price list for carpets and upholstery, and the safety sheets for your products
The starter price list has a carpet clean for a room, a whole house and the stairs, a sofa, a mattress, a rug, stain and spot treatment and an end of tenancy clean, each with a checklist, including testing a hidden spot first and telling the customer how long it takes to dry. Keep the safety data sheet for each shampoo, stain remover and protector as a PDF with its hazards and first aid, and see which are out of date. Record each technician’s training and your insurance with a reminder before they expire, and the risk assessments and method statements for the work, which the technicians see on the visit.
The starter risk assessment and checklists are examples to read and edit. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders, it does not decide how you clean a fabric or what result to promise.
- Starter services with checklists
- A register of safety data sheets with PDFs
- Training and insurance with expiry reminders
- Risk assessments the technicians see on the visit
Quote, invoice and get paid
Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
