Choose Other and the product uses plain words: clients, jobs and bookings. Then type your own in Settings, in the singular and the plural, and they appear on every screen, in your emails and reports, in the client portal and in what the AI assistants say.

Start with an empty price list and build your own
Other starts without example services, because yours are your own. Add the things you sell with a time, a price and a checklist of tasks, and choose them on jobs, quotes and invoices to save typing. The report builder then shows what each earns.
Record the checks and qualifications your people hold, with a reminder before they run out. The suggestions include DBS, first aid at work and right to work checks.

Quote, invoice and get paid
Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
