Keep each roofer’s working at height, CSCS, asbestos awareness and hot works certificates with an expiry reminder, your insurance certificates, and the risk assessments and method statements for roof work, chimneys and gutters, which the roofers see on the visit.

Quote, invoice and get paid
Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
