The CRM for kitchen and bathroom fitters

Kitchens, bathrooms, showers and tiling: send a quote the customer can accept online, put each fit on the calendar for the right fitter, photograph before and after, and keep the safety data sheets for the adhesives and sealants you use.

Quote the job, plan the fit, and show the customer the result

Enquiries go on a pipeline board. Build a quote with a line for the units, the worktop, the fitting and the tiling, send it as a PDF and the customer can accept it online, then one click creates the customer, the property and the job. Put each fit on the calendar for the right fitter, over as many days as it takes, and keep access notes for every property, such as where the stopcock and the consumer unit are.

Fitters take before and after photographs on their phone, so a complaint about a mark or a gap can be settled with a picture, and a snag after the job goes back on the list.

  • Quotes customers accept online
  • Before and after photos on every job
  • Multi day fits on the calendar
  • Access notes such as where the stopcock is

A price list for kitchens and bathrooms, and the safety sheets for your products

The starter price list has a kitchen fitted by the day, a worktop, a strip out, a bathroom suite, a shower, tiling, a sink, tap or toilet and an oven and hob, each with a checklist that starts with isolating the water and electricity and checking for asbestos in older homes. Keep the safety data sheet for each adhesive, grout and sealant as a PDF with its hazards and first aid, and see which are out of date. Record each fitter’s registrations and training with a reminder before they expire, your insurance, and the risk assessments for the work, which the fitters see on the visit.

The starter risk assessment and checklists are examples to read and edit. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders, it does not decide who may work on gas or electricity: the checklists only remind you to use a registered person.

  • Starter services with checklists
  • A register of safety data sheets with PDFs
  • Registrations and insurance with expiry reminders
  • Risk assessments the fitters see on the visit

Quote, invoice and get paid

Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
