Your team sees today’s visits, clocks in and out, ticks the checklist and takes before and after photos, even with no signal. You get the hours, a pay figure to check payroll against, and who is on leave.
Today’s visits on every phone
Cleaners and team leaders open the crew app and see today’s jobs in order, with the address, the access notes and the drive from the last one. They clock in and out, tick the checklist, add before and after photos, and finish the visit. Add it to the home screen and it opens like any other app.
You can ask for a before and an after photo before a visit can be finished. If you want to know when someone clocks in far from the property, they are asked why and carry on, and you see the reason. There is no live tracking: the phone’s location is read only when someone clocks in or out, and only if they allow it.

It keeps working with no signal
Basements and country lanes have no signal. Open Today with signal once and the phone keeps a copy of the day. With none, clock in and out, ticks, photos and finishing a visit are kept on the phone with the time they happened, and sent in order as soon as the signal returns. A bar shows what is waiting, and anything the office’s rules refuse is shown, not lost.
Timesheets and a pay figure to check
The hours from the crew app become timesheets by person and by shift, with a CSV for whoever runs payroll. Give each person an hourly rate and add weekend and overtime rates if you pay them. Each shift keeps the rate and terms it was clocked in under, so a pay rise never rewrites the past. See what each finished job earned against what the crew cost on the job profit page.
Approved holiday can be shown as holiday pay too. It is a gross figure to check payroll against, not a payroll run: no tax, National Insurance or payslips.

Day routes and leave
Day routes shows each person’s visits with the estimated drive between them, warns when the gap is too tight and suggests who could take a visit nobody has yet, by how little driving it adds. When someone asks for time off, the people who manage staff approve or decline it, with an email each way. Approved leave keeps that person off the jobs on those days.
