The starter price list has lessons of half an hour, forty-five minutes and an hour, a trial lesson, a theory lesson, an exam preparation lesson and a group lesson, each with a checklist. Keep each teacher’s DBS check, safeguarding training and qualifications with an expiry reminder, your insurance certificates, and the risk assessment for lessons, which your teachers see on the lesson.

Quote, invoice and get paid
Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
