The CRM for property maintenance

Landlords, agents and homeowners with many properties between them. Keep each property’s access notes and history, and set up regular visits as maintenance contracts.

Contracts that create the visits

A maintenance contract is a booking that makes the jobs for you, weekly or as rarely as once a year. A landlord with twenty flats is as easy to manage as a household with one, because every property has its own address, access notes and history.

Clients can ask for a visit or report a problem from the client portal instead of ringing the office.

  • Repeats from weekly to yearly
  • Many properties for each client
  • Access notes shown to the person on the job
  • Requests from the client portal

Inspections, repairs and void checks

The starter price list has a property inspection, a general repair visit, gutter clearing and a void property check, each with a checklist, such as testing smoke alarms, noting repairs needed and taking photographs. They are examples to change.

Record your operatives’ qualifications, such as Gas Safe, electrical, working at height and DBS, with reminders before they run out.

  • Maintenance jobs, contracts and operatives in your words
  • Checklists per service
  • Qualifications with expiry reminders

Quote, invoice and get paid

Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
