Safety data sheets for the chemicals you use
Softwash mixes, detergents and biocides come with safety data sheets, and an employer has to assess the risk from them (COSHH). Keep the sheet for each product as a PDF with its hazards, protective equipment, first aid and storage notes, the date it was issued and the date you will check it again, and see what is out of date.
The starter price list has a roof softwash, a render and wall softwash, driveway pressure washing, a patio and path clean, gutter, soffit and fascia cleaning, a conservatory roof clean and a decking and fence clean. Record working at height, chemical handling and pressure washer training and insurance, with a reminder before they run out. Sales Base keeps your own records. Quote, invoice and get paid
Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
