The CRM for mobile car valeting
Valets on the drive, the forecourt or the yard: every customer’s cars and vans on record, regular washes that repeat on the calendar, and reminders so nobody forgets they are booked.
Every car and van on record, fleets included
Each customer’s vehicles are recorded with the registration, make and model, so a taxi firm or a courier with eight vans has all of them in one place, and a valet can say which vehicle it is for. Regular valets repeat weekly, fortnightly or monthly and keep appearing on the calendar.
The access notes hold where the water and power are, where to park and which gate to use.
- Registration, make and model for each vehicle
- Regular washes that repeat for fleets and regulars
- Access notes for each address
- Photographs before and after
A price list, valeters and reminders
Valets, regular valets and valeters, in your words. The starter price list has an exterior wash, a mini valet, a full valet, an interior deep clean, a machine polish and wax and a van or fleet wash, with checklists such as noting existing damage before you start. Keep your training and insurance certificates with reminders before they run out.
The starter risk assessment and the checklists are examples to read and edit. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders, it does not decide how you work or replace the rules that apply to your equipment and products, such as electrical checks, the safety data sheets for your chemicals and your insurer’s conditions.
- Regular valets that repeat
- Reminders by email or text
- Safety data sheets for your products
- Training and insurance recorded with reminders
Quote, invoice and get paid
Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
Calculators and converters for the job
The Tools section of the signed-in area has calculators made for this trade, as well as a unit converter, a way to price a job from your time, mark-up and margin, VAT and the fuel cost of a journey. They are worked out on the screen as you type, so nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
