The CRM for plastering and dry lining

Skimming, replastering, boarding and partitions: quote by the room, put each job on the calendar for the right plasterer, photograph before and after, and keep the safety data sheets for the plasters and bonding agents you use.

Quote by the room, book the days, and show the customer the result

Enquiries go on a pipeline board. Build a quote with a line for each ceiling, wall and room, send it as a PDF and the customer can accept it online, then one click creates the customer, the property and the job. Put the job on the calendar for the right plasterer, over the days it needs to dry between coats, and keep access notes for every property.

Plasterers take before and after photographs on their phone, so a complaint about a crack or a mark can be settled with a picture.

  • Quotes customers accept online
  • Before and after photos on every job
  • Multi day jobs on the calendar
  • Access notes for every property

A price list for plastering, and the safety sheets for your materials

The starter price list has a ceiling, the walls of a room, a full room replaster, a patch, plasterboard, a partition wall, coving and a textured ceiling skimmed over, each with a checklist that starts with checking the surface, and that tells the plasterer to stop and ask if an older textured coating has not been checked. Keep the safety data sheet for each plaster, bonding coat and bonding agent as a PDF with its hazards and first aid, and see which are out of date. Record each plasterer’s training with a reminder before it expires, your insurance, and the risk assessments for the work, which the plasterers see on the visit.

The starter risk assessments and checklists are examples to read and edit. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders, it does not decide whether a material contains asbestos or whether a wall is sound.

  • Starter services with checklists
  • A register of safety data sheets with PDFs
  • Training and insurance with expiry reminders
  • Risk assessments the plasterers see on the visit
