Type the tasks for a service, one to a line, and every job for that service starts with them. The person doing the job ticks them off on their own screen, and the office sees how far along it is. A checklist can be changed on one job without touching the service.
Services are not locked in: archive one you no longer offer and the old jobs keep it.

Make it yours
Everything on the price list is editable: names, descriptions, usual times, prices and tasks. Prices are entered without VAT, and VAT is added when an invoice is issued. The examples that come with your trade are only a starting point.
