Your accounts, your money
You connect your own Stripe, PayPal Business and GoCardless accounts in the settings. Clients pay on the payment provider’s own secure page, so card and bank details never pass through Sales Base, and payments go to you directly.

Recorded the moment it is paid
When a client pays, the invoice is marked paid and the payment is recorded without anyone typing it in. A payment that is repeated by the provider is only ever recorded once. Direct Debit takes a few days to clear, so it shows as pending until it is confirmed, and failures are shown too.
Clients pay from their own portal
Clients can pay from the email link, or sign in to the client portal to see everything they owe and set up a Direct Debit once for next time. Pair it with payment reminders and fewer invoices go overdue in the first place.
