Growth plan and above

Reminders that get read: by text, from your name

Almost every text is read within minutes. Send visit reminders to your clients’ mobiles from your company name, see how many you have left, and top up in a couple of taps when you need more.

From your name, in your words

Texts show your company name as the sender, or a short name of your choosing, and use wording you write yourself. Clients cannot reply, so each text tells them to call you or visit your website to change a visit. Texts are only sent between 8am and 8pm, and the morning text goes out at 8am for a visit starting at half past nine or later.

It is part of visit reminders: a client chooses text, email or both, and agrees to texts before any are sent.

The same texts can chase an overdue invoice, remind a customer that a boiler, an installation or an MOT is due, and, with one press from the job, tell a client you are on the way and how many minutes away you are.

  • Sent from your company name
  • Visit, payment and service reminders by text
  • An “on the way” text from the job
  • Needs the client’s agreement and a UK mobile number
  • Delivery reports show which texts arrived

A monthly allowance, and blocks when you need more

Growth and Scale include a number of texts every month, with more on Scale. They are not carried over, so there is nothing to track. When they run short, buy a block of extra texts: they never expire and are used after the month’s allowance. The pricing page shows what each plan includes and what the blocks cost.

Texts are not sent during the free trial. You are emailed when 80 per cent of the allowance is used and again when it runs out, and reminders carry on by email in the meantime.

  • A monthly allowance on Growth and Scale
  • Blocks of 200, 500 or 1,000 texts, paid once by card
  • Bought texts never expire
  • A warning before you run out
