The starter price list has an open fire sweep, a stove sweep, a two flue sweep, a camera inspection, a bird guard or cowl fitted and a carbon monoxide alarm fitted, each with a checklist that starts with checking the fire is out and cold. Keep each sweep’s qualifications and training with an expiry reminder, your insurance certificates, and the risk assessment for sweeping, which your team see on the visit.
