The CRM for oven cleaning

Ovens, hobs, range cookers, extractors and barbecues: price by the appliance, put a day of ovens on the calendar for the right technician, photograph before and after, book the repeat clean for next year, and keep the safety data sheets for the cleaners you use.

Price by the oven, photograph the result, and be booked again next year

Enquiries go on a pipeline board. Build a quote with a line for each oven, hob or extractor, send it as a PDF and the customer can accept it online, then one click creates the customer, the property and the job. Technicians take before and after photographs on their phone, and note any chips or faults that were there before the clean, so a complaint can be settled with a picture.

A repeat clean makes the next visit for you, once a year for a home or every quarter for a restaurant, with a reminder to the customer before it is due.

  • Prices customers accept online
  • Before and after photos on every job
  • Repeat cleans that book themselves
  • Access notes for every property

A price list for ovens, and the safety sheets for the cleaners you use

The starter price list has a single oven, a double oven, a range cooker, a hob, an extractor, a microwave, a barbecue and an end of tenancy clean, each with a checklist that starts with making sure the appliance is off and cool and noting any damage first. Keep the safety data sheet for each oven cleaner and degreaser as a PDF with its hazards and first aid, and see which are out of date. Record each technician’s training and your insurance with a reminder before they expire, and the risk assessments for the work, which the technicians see on the visit.

The starter risk assessment and checklists are examples to read and edit. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders, it does not decide which product is safe on which appliance.

  • Starter services with checklists
  • A register of safety data sheets with PDFs
  • Training and insurance with expiry reminders
  • Risk assessments the technicians see on the visit

Quote, invoice and get paid

Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
