In every plan
The CRM for appliance repair
Call-outs, repairs and return visits for the part that was on order: every customer’s appliances on record, the right engineer on the right day, and an invoice when the job is done.
Every appliance on record, so a return visit starts with the facts
Each customer’s appliances are recorded with the make, model, serial number, where it is and when it was bought, so the engineer who comes back with the part knows exactly what is there. A repair can say which appliance it is for, and the history shows every repair it has had.
The access notes hold where to park, which door to use and where the stopcock is.
- Make, model and serial number for each appliance
- A repair history for each appliance
- Return visits booked for when the part arrives
- Access notes for each home
A price list, quotes and reminders
Customers, repairs and engineers, in your words. The starter price list has a call-out and diagnosis, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and oven repairs and a return visit to fit a part, each with a checklist, such as recording the model and serial number. Send an estimate customers accept online, and keep your engineers’ qualifications and insurance certificates with reminders before they run out.
The starter risk assessment and the checklists are examples to read and edit. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders, it does not decide how you work or replace the rules that apply to your repairs, such as electrical safety, gas work and the handling of refrigerants.
- Starter services with checklists
- Quotes customers accept online
- Reminders by email or text
- Qualifications and insurance recorded with reminders
Quote, invoice and get paid
Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
Calculators and converters for the job
The Tools section of the signed-in area has calculators made for this trade, as well as a unit converter, a way to price a job from your time, mark-up and margin, VAT and the fuel cost of a journey. They are worked out on the screen as you type, so nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
- Running cost of an appliance
- Volts, amps, watts and ohms
- Current from power
