The CRM for tilers

Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, showers and wet rooms: quote by the room, put each job on the calendar for the right tiler, photograph before and after, and keep the safety data sheets for the adhesives and grouts you use.

Quote by the room, book the days, and show the customer the result

Enquiries go on a pipeline board. Build a quote with a line for each wall, floor and room, send it as a PDF and the customer can accept it online, then one click creates the customer, the property and the job. Put the job on the calendar for the right tiler, over the days it needs for the adhesive and the grout to set, and keep access notes for every property, such as where the stopcock is and where to park.

Tilers take before and after photographs on their phone, so a complaint about a crack or a gap can be settled with a picture.

  • Quotes customers accept online
  • Before and after photos on every job
  • Multi day jobs on the calendar
  • Access notes for every property

A price list for tiling, and the safety sheets for your adhesives and grouts

The starter price list has bathroom walls, a kitchen splashback, a floor, a shower enclosure, a wet room, old tiles removed, regrouting and a tile repair, each with a checklist that starts with checking the surface, and that tells the tiler to stop if old floor tiles or adhesive may contain asbestos. Keep the safety data sheet for each adhesive, grout and waterproofing product as a PDF with its hazards and first aid, and see which are out of date. Record each tiler’s training with a reminder before it expires, your insurance, and the risk assessment for the work, which the tilers see on the visit.

Invoice when the job is done, and take payment online. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders. It does not replace the rules that apply to your work, and the starter assessments and checklists are examples to read and edit.

  • Starter services with checklists
  • A register of safety data sheets with PDFs
  • Training and insurance with expiry reminders
  • Risk assessments the tilers see on the visit

Quote, invoice and get paid

Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
