The CRM for landscapers and gardeners

Gardens, visits and garden rounds. Set a regular mow or tidy once and it keeps appearing on the calendar, with the gate code on the visit.

Garden rounds that fill the week

A garden round is a booking that makes the visits for you: weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and for seasonal work every three or six months or once a year. See the week on one calendar, share the visits between your gardeners, and each sees only the gardens they are going to.

Every garden has its own address and access notes, such as which gate to use and where the tap is.

  • Repeats from weekly to yearly
  • Access notes for every garden
  • Visits shared between gardeners
  • Cancel a round without losing its history

Mowing, hedges, tidies and jet-washing

The starter price list has lawn mowing, hedge trimming, a garden tidy and a patio jet-wash, each with a checklist, such as checking for nesting birds before trimming a hedge. They are examples to change.

Record spraying, chainsaw and plant operation certificates and first aid, with a reminder before they run out. Clients can be reminded of a visit by email, or by text on Growth and above.

  • Starter services with checklists
  • Certificates with expiry reminders
  • Visit reminders by email or text

Quote, invoice and get paid

Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.
