The CRM for carpet and flooring fitters

Carpet, laminate, vinyl and wood floors: quote by the room, put each fit on the calendar for the right fitter, photograph before and after, and keep the safety data sheets for the adhesives and levelling compounds you use.

Quote by the room, fit on the day, and show the customer the result

Enquiries go on a pipeline board. Build a quote with a line for each room, the stairs, the underlay and the trims, send it as a PDF and the customer can accept it online, then one click creates the customer, the property and the job. Put the fit on the calendar for the right fitter, and keep access notes for every property, such as parking and which rooms to clear first.

Fitters take before and after photographs on their phone, so a complaint about a gap or a ripple can be settled with a picture.

  • Quotes customers accept online
  • Before and after photos on every job
  • Access notes for every property
  • Fits on the calendar by fitter

A price list for floors, and the safety sheets for your adhesives

The starter price list has a carpet room, stairs and landing, laminate, vinyl or LVT, wood, an old floor lifted, floor preparation and door bars, each with a checklist that starts with measuring and checking the subfloor, and that tells the fitter to stop if old tiles or adhesive may contain asbestos. Keep the safety data sheet for each adhesive, primer and levelling compound as a PDF with its hazards and first aid, and see which are out of date. Record each fitter’s training with a reminder before it expires, your insurance, and the risk assessment for the work, which the fitters see on the visit.

The starter risk assessment and checklists are examples to read and edit. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders, it does not decide whether a subfloor is fit to lay on or whether a material contains asbestos.

  • Starter services with checklists
  • A register of safety data sheets with PDFs
  • Training and insurance with expiry reminders
  • Risk assessments the fitters see on the visit
