The CRM for gutter, soffit and fascia companies

Gutter clearing and cleaning, repairs, new gutters, and fascia and soffit installation: quote the job with photos, put it on the calendar for the right fitters, photograph the finished work and keep every certificate with a reminder before it runs out.

From a blocked gutter to a new fascia, quoted and photographed

Enquiries go on a pipeline board. Fitters photograph the gutters, fascias and soffits on the first visit, and you build a quote with a line for each run, send it as a PDF and the customer can accept it online. One click creates the customer, the property and the job, and the fitters see the access notes for the ladder, the tower and the side gate.

Photographs before and after go on the visit, so you can show the customer what was wrong and what was done. Regular clearances for landlords and letting agents repeat on their own, a flat at a time.

  • Quotes customers accept online
  • Before and after photos on every job
  • Access notes: ladders, towers, gates
  • Regular clearances that repeat

A price list for gutters, soffits and fascias, and certificates that expire

The starter price list has gutter clearance, a gutter, soffit and fascia clean, gutter repair, gutter installation, fascia and soffit installation, downpipe replacement and gutter guards fitted, each with a checklist. Keep each fitter’s working at height, access tower, CSCS and asbestos awareness certificates with an expiry reminder, your insurance certificates, and the risk assessments for gutter work, which the fitters see on the visit.

The starter risk assessments and the checklists are examples to read and edit. Sales Base keeps your records and reminders, it does not decide how you work or replace the rules that apply to your work, such as those for asbestos in old boards.

  • Starter services with checklists
  • Certificates with expiry reminders
  • Insurance certificates in one place
  • Risk assessments the fitters see on the visit

Quote, invoice and get paid

Send a numbered quote as a PDF that the customer can accept online, then an invoice with VAT from your own email address. On Growth and above customers can pay by card, PayPal or Direct Debit from the invoice, and payment reminders chase the late ones.

Calculators and converters for the job

The Tools section of the signed-in area has calculators made for this trade, as well as a unit converter, a way to price a job from your time, mark-up and margin, VAT and the fuel cost of a journey. They are worked out on the screen as you type, so nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
