Reports
Reports shows what you invoiced, what you were paid (payments less refunds) and what is still owed, for a period you choose. You can download the invoices as a CSV spreadsheet. You need the ability to see invoices.
The page is built from charts as well as tables: invoiced against received over the period, how the invoices issued in it stand (collected, not due yet or late), how money was received (card, bank transfer, cash and so on), what is owed by how late it is, your biggest clients, how long clients take to pay, visits by month and by day of the week, and new clients. If you can manage leads you also see where new leads came from, your pipeline, why leads were lost and new, booked and lost leads by month. Each chart has the same figures in a table for screen readers.
Build your own report (a button on the Reports page) lets you choose what to look at (invoices, payments, visits or leads, as far as your role allows), what to count or add up, how to group it (by month, week, client, status and so on), the period, a filter and the kind of chart. Press Show the report to see it as a chart and a table, Download it as a spreadsheet, or Save it with a name to open again later. A saved report is worked out fresh each time, so it is always up to date. On the Scale plan you can also describe the report in your own words, such as "our biggest clients by money paid in the last 90 days", and the AI sets up the choices for you to check and change. It is sent only your words and the list of what a report can be made of, never your records, and it can misread a request, so check the choices before relying on the figures.
