Does the product use AI?

Some features do, depending on your plan: an in-app help assistant, a help assistant for your clients in the portal, Draft with AI on invoice and quote emails, AI suggestions on the sales dashboard, and describing a report in your own words. AI output can be wrong, so check it before relying on it. The assistants can only read the help pages and facts about the person asking (a client's assistant sees only that client's own invoices, visits and requests); they cannot change your records. Drafted emails and report set-ups are only suggestions that you check before anything is sent or shown. Your records are not sent to the AI for report set-up, only your request and the list of what a report can be made of.
