Do you track where my staff are?

No. There is no live tracking. The crew app reads the phone's location only at the moment someone clocks in or out, and only if they allow it. The owner can choose to be told when someone clocks in far from the property, which asks the person why and never blocks them. If the phone gives no location nothing is checked.
