Can my team clock in and out, and does it work without signal?

Yes. The crew app on their phones shows today's visits and lets each person clock in and out, tick a checklist and add before and after photos, on every plan. Open it once with signal and the pages are kept on the phone. With no signal, clock in and out, ticks, photos and finishing a visit are kept on the phone with the time they happened and sent as soon as there is signal again. The hours feed the timesheets.
