Can I keep my emails with clients on their pages?

Yes. The Email page gives your company a private address. Add it to Bcc when you email a client or lead and the email is filed on their page. If you use Outlook or Microsoft 365, each person can also connect their own mailbox so emails with clients and leads are filed automatically; we can only read mail and we keep only emails with people who are clients or leads here, as a short excerpt without attachments.

Gmail is not connected directly. Gmail users can use the Bcc address, or a Gmail filter that copies client emails to it.
