Bookings, jobs and the calendar

A booking is the arrangement to do the work at a property: once, or on a repeating schedule that can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every three months, every six months or yearly. A booking creates jobs, which are the individual visits. Repeating bookings create jobs 12 weeks ahead, and more are added every day.

The Calendar shows the week's jobs and who is on them. Jobs are assigned to staff. Team leaders and cleaners only see the jobs assigned to them, and can mark those complete. People who manage jobs can create and change bookings and jobs, and assign staff.
